Theo is amazing! After he arrived at Enedis, I was assigned to train him on our tools, technologies, and processes. Specifically, I was responsible for training him on Angular and Symfony, even though his technical knowledge was limited to a few notions of HTML and CSS when he arrived at Enedis. Despite this, Theo quickly assimilated and applied all the knowledge I passed on to him, even though he was also expected to deal with other data-related issues (Oracle, MySQL, etc.). Theo is rigorous, concerned with doing good work, and has a growing technical culture since he arrived at Enedis.
